Chad Bushnell

Please help us in giving a warm welcome back to the talented Chad Bushnell for the 2019 Grand National Rodeo! Chad grew up competing in Rodeos as a steer wrestler and Team roper, and enjoys many outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. Chad grew up singing the National Anthem at a number of events and was encouraged to pursue his musical interest from his Family; some of his biggest influences are Vince Gill, Dwight Yoakam, Merle Haggard, George Strait, Alan Jackson and many more.

He has opened for some of the biggest names in country music and finished in the Top 3 at the American Country Star contest in Nashville; in 2018, he took home the grand prize as the 1st winner for the Inspirational Country Showdown in Yuba City, CA. He has a new album out titled "Rodeo Dance" that he self-produced along with Bruce Turgon at the After Hours Recorders in Redding, CA. Come strut your stuff when Chad takes the stage in our South Hall ever night at the Grand National Rodeo (Oct. 11 - 12 & 18 - 19). For more information on Chad and his beginnings, please click here
