Venue Policies

For all events held at the 1-A/DAA Cow Palace Arena & Event Center, the following items are prohibited items.
Any bags that are brought inside must be in compliance with our bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance must be returned to the patron's vehicle or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.


REFUSAL OF ANY GUEST TO COOPERATE WILL RESULT IN NON-ADMITTANCE INTO THE COW PALACE


Cow Palace MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR any lost, stolen, damaged iteMs or ITEMS LEFT BEHIND AT THE GATE

Photography

  • No professional/commercial photography is allowed
  • Personal "point and shoot" and phone cameras are allowed

DRONES

  • The operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote controlled aircraft anywhere on, around or over the premises is strictly prohibited without the advanced written consent of the Cow Palace.
  • Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

STROLLERS

  • Strollers are not allowed in the Main Arena for seated shows
  • Before entering the Main Arena, please check in all strollers at the Guest Services Offices located in the Main Lobby



PROHIBITED ITEMS


  • NO Aerosol products/cans
  • NO Artificial Noisemakers
  • NO Ball, Frisbees or Projectiles (including inflatables)
  • NO Bota Bags
  • NO Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (Police, SWAT, Fire, Security or Medical) in any way
  • NO Drones/remote-controlled aircraft or toys
  • NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • NO E-Liquid or E-juice of any kind
  • NO Gas Masks
  • NO Glass, cans, cups or coolers
  • NO Helium balloons
  • NO Illegal substances
  • NO Large bags, totes or backpacks (over 12" X 6" X 12")
  • NO Large radios
  • NO Laser pointers or air horns
  • NO LED gloves or LED microlights used for light shows
  • NO Liquid makeup
  • NO Markers, pens or spray paint
  • NO Massagers
  • NO Open packs of cigarettes
  • NO Outside Food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
  • NO Over-The-Counter medication
  • NO Pacifiers
  • NO Pets
  • NO Professional photo, video or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)
  • NO Stickers or flyers
  • NO Stuffed animals or dolls
  • NO Tents, large umbrellas chairs or blankets
  • NO Toy Guns, water guns or slingshots
  • NO Unsealed tampons or pads (upon entry)
  • NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
  • Any item deemed by Management to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other attendees' enjoyment of the Event


Approved Bags (to be searched by Event Security upon entry):
  • 1-gallon plastic bag
  • Clear purse
  • Clear fanny pack
  • Purses or Clutches with shoulder or wrist strap (no larger than 5" X 9" X 2")
  • Diaper Bag
Non-Approved Bags:
  • Purse
  • Backpack
  • Clear backpacks (larger than 12" X 6" X 12")
  • Binoculars case
  • Camera case
  • Tinted plastic bag
  • Oversized tote bag
  • Printed pattern plastic bag
  • Fanny pack
  • Seat cushion
  • Mesh Bag
